Refunds

This page explains how refunds work for credits recharged on Sayings Spark. We aim to be fair and transparent while preventing abuse.

1. Eligibility

You may request a refund for unused credits purchased within the last 7 calendar days, provided the credits have not been substantially consumed and no terms have been violated.

2. Non-refundable

  • Credits that have been fully or largely used.
  • Promotional or bonus credits granted for free.
  • Payments made more than 7 days ago.
  • Abuse, fraud, or violations of our Terms.

3. How to request a refund

Please contact our support team with your account email, order ID, payment method, and reason for the request. We typically respond within 3 business days.

4. Processing time

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing time varies by provider and may take 5–10 business days after approval.

5. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated, your account may be paused while we investigate. To resolve issues quickly, please contact us first.
